If you need to attend the class, please fill out the Registration Form,  also available at Circuit Clerks Office or mail: FIT Program  Box 270   Irvine, Ky.  40336)

Registration forms must be received by the Saturday prior to attending the next scheduled class .

If paying by check, make payable to Riddell Enterprises, Inc., payment to accompany registration by mail. Payment can be made with money order.

No Cash, by mail.

We will contact you with any additional details or to confirm your attendance, if needed.

   FIT/ Families In Transition Class...

                $50.00 per parent

                  Children age 6 thru 18 must attend

The parent with whom the children reside is responsible for ensuring the children’s attendance and payment.

General Seminar Information

• Non-refundable registration fee
• An e-mail, phone, or mail confirmation will be sent to the registered parent.
• Be on Time/Door will lock 10 minutes after the hour by order of the Judge
• Attendance at the entire seminar is required to obtain a Certificate of Attendance.
• No one will be admitted if suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
• Bring a positive attitude

  The FIT Class will be held at one of the following locations:

All Classes begin prompt at 6:00 PM

Be on Time/Door will lock 10 minutes after the hour by Order  of the Judge

You and your spouse are required by the Court to attend separate sessions.
